Personal data is any information relating to you by which we can identify you, such as your name, personal identification number, email address, contact phone number, and information regarding your access to our website.

In cases where you wish to send us an inquiry, it is necessary for us to obtain your personal data (name, phone number, and email address) in order to respond to your inquiry and provide the requested information. COIN INVEST collects, processes, and stores the following types of personal data:

names, personal identification number, address, email address, and phone number – for individual clients or for the natural persons who manage and represent corporate clients. These data are necessary for the conclusion and performance of contracts with the company’s clients, as well as for maintaining contact and sending information to the client, including—where explicit consent has been given—for sending promotional and marketing communications. No sensitive data are collected;

information regarding your use of our website – IP address, operating system, browser, search queries, and viewed content. This information is collected for the purpose of improving and personalizing user searches.

The company does not collect, process, or store special categories of personal data (sensitive data), nor does it carry out automated decision-making.

Retention Period of Your Personal Data

COIN INVEST will not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is processed. When determining the appropriate retention period, we take into account the amount and nature of the personal data, the purposes for which we process it, and whether those purposes can be achieved through other means.

This allows you to ask us to delete or remove, without undue delay, all or part of your personal data where there is no legal basis for us to continue processing and storing them. COIN INVEST will not delete data that it is legally required to retain, including for the purpose of defending against legal claims or establishing its legal rights;
